Scenario
A WiFi network connection is optional in all Akuvox indoor monitors, it is an auxiliary internet connection especially when a fixed cable network is not available. Or the building does not have a network cable for the internet.
WiFi can be used in the old building where no network cable in the installation spot, it gives great convenience and a cost-saving option for the resident.
Note
On the device, navigate to More>Settings >More>Advance Settings.
Operation Instruction
- Only indoor monitors with WiFi capability are applied, please verify the device in advance.
Operation Procedure
- On the device, you could find the WFi option in the advance setting, enter default password 123456 to gain the access to advance setting.
- Enable the Wi-Fi feature, and select the preferred WiFi SSID.
- WiFi can be verified if visit the device webpage.
Note
Setup a Wi-Fi connection may change the network priority, some models will use Wi-Fi connection than a fixed network.
