Operation Procedure

Software: IVMS:4200 SADP

Add users on IVMS-4200

Step1: Add device to IVMS 4200
Step2: Go to Access control --> Person --> Add an organization

Step3: Go to Access controlaccess control --> Authorization --> Access Group --> Add

Set a name, and select default template , select organization, select door.
Step 4: If you want to set a schedule, you can go to Access Control --> Template --> Template --> Add

You can create a new schedule there, and apply to access group in step 3.
Step 5: You can add person at Access Control --> Person --> Add

You can add card number, username, and pin code, QR code here.
Pin code: You need to select access group first, and set a password.

QR code: near to the card, it will have a QR code automatically.
IC card:

Click Setting and make sure you are selecting the card reader, and then you can scan the card to get card number and Save it.

Step 6: At last we need to synchronize all changes to device.
Go to Access control --> Access control --> Authorization --> Access group --> Select we create the access group, and Apply All to device.
