Door cannot close properly

There are multiple reasons that the door cannot be fully closed.

• Reset the door operator before any reinstallation or parameters setup error.
• Please read through the FAQ "How to do factory reset"

The door clamp by the door strike.

• Make sure the strike status in unlock.
• Make sure the strike and the latch work smooth
• Enable Power Close from 0 to 1
• Please see the FAQ "Special Scenario Parameter Setting" for detail information.

The door cannot be fully close with a small gap left

• Most likely happened on fully close installation
• Increase latching speed
• Enable Power Close from 0 to 1
• Please see the FAQ "Special Scenario Parameter Setting" for detail information.
• If both parameters did not make any difference, please read through the FAQ "How to install the door operator" reinstall the arm by fully open position.

The door will bounce left and right at the end of closing cycle.

• Make sure the spindle is fully open until hard stop than install the arm.
• please read through the FAQ "How to install the door operator" reinstall the arm accordingly.
