Caution

*** This type of problem will only appear on pull installation which is using pull arm.**

First Solution

2 Inches Installation (Suggestion

Second Solution

Fill up the pull arm track

  • Straight fill up the gap between track and door

Third Solution

Change to Z pull arm

  • Z pull arm has extra 1 inch thicker and will be able to support wider or deeper door frame.

  • Below images are compared with regular pull arm

  • Z pull arm is lower than the regular pull arm.

  • Z pull arm can go under the door frame.
