# Voice Prompts Setup

## **Step by Step instructions**

### **Web**

1. Go to Setting----Alarm----Voice Prompts----File Management

1. Click Import to import the audio file you prefer
2. Upload the file to the recorder

1. Go to Setting----AI----Alarm

1. Select the AI function you would like to setup
2. Select the channel you would like to setup
3. Click the Voice Prompts
4. Select the audio you prefer and click OK

### **Local**

1. Go to Setting----Alarm----Voice Prompts----File Management

1. Click Import to import the audio file you prefer
2. Upload the file to the recorder through USB HDD

1. Go to Setting----AI----Alarm

1. Select the AI function you would like to setup
2. Click the Voice Prompts
3. Select the channel
4. Choose the file as the audio
5. Click Apply
