# My backup video can not play, how to fix it?

The normal player can not play the H.264/265 video encoding format. You need to download [smartplayer](https://drive.google.com/open?id=1PrOJza8-6rL1mkjh5yZUL5AgF9N-AaJZ) to play the video. It can support Dahua and Eyeonet.
