- Prepare the following device informationin advance:
- Serial Number (SN)
- Username
- Password
- Ensure that your NVR or Camera is connected to the internet and the network status showing connected.
- You can verify this by remotely logging in through the mobile app or PC VMS and confirming that the Live View is accessible.
