# How to update Eyeonet Firmware by local USB drive?

Introduction Update firmware by local USB drive

Find new firmware based on your device model.

Download firmware file , put into USB stick root folder.

Plug in USB stick to Local DVR Go to DVR Menu -> system -> Maintenance -> Upgrade -> select the firmware file - > Upgrade
