# How to Setup Tripwire/Intrusion in XVR-I?

1. Select Main Menu > AI > Parameters > IVS.
2. Select the Channel number to configure from the **Channel** list
3. Click Add. A new line of rule will be created.

1. Select the Type on the rule line.

1. Click and Drag to draw the tripwire/instrusion.
2. Click OK to save the settings.

1. Click OK to save the settings.
2. Select the Enable check box.
3. Click Apply.
