# How to set up Hikvision Doorbell K1T342DWX 

This article is the instruction of how-to-set-up-Hikvision doorbell k1t342dwx

### Operation Procedure

Software: IVMS:4200 SADP

#### Add users on IVMS-4200

Step1: Add device to IVMS 4200 Step2: Go to **Access control** --> **Person** --> **Add an organization**

Step3: Go to Access controlaccess control --> **Authorization **-->** Access Group** --> **Add**

Set a name, and select default template , select organization, select door. Step 4: If you want to set a schedule, you can go to **Access Control** --> **Template** --> **Template** --> **Add**

You can create a new schedule there, and apply to access group in step 3. Step 5: You can add person at **Access Control** --> **Person** --> **Add**

You can add card number, username, and pin code, QR code here. Pin code: You need to select access group first, and set a password.

QR code: near to the card, it will have a QR code automatically. IC card:

Click Setting and make sure you are selecting the card reader, and then you can scan the card to get card number and Save it.

Step 6: At last we need to synchronize all changes to device. Go to **Access control** --> **Access control** --> **Authorization** --> **Access group** --> **Select** we create the access group, and Apply All to device.
