The Pedestrian & Vehicle (PDVD) AI function is enabled by default. If this is your first time setting up this AI function, you must **disable PDVD first**. To do this, refer to the following instructions. ### AI function detection setup instructions 1. Open the **App Store** on iOS or **Google Play** on Android, search for **AI Color**, and install it on your phone. The following steps demonstrate the process on an iOS system. Open the app and tap on the **recorder device** you are using. Tap the expand arrow to expand the **Setup** section. Select the AI function you want to configure. Select the **Channel** from the drop-down menu, **enable** the AI function, configure the detection type and sensitivity, then choose the **Rule Number** and **Enable** it. Tap the **Add** icon to start drawing the rule. Tap the **Back** icon to return to the setting page. Select the AI event type you want to search for. In this example, I’ll choose License Plate.
