      Article summary

      DTMF Whitelist Application

      In order to securely control the door access via DTMF code(s), you can set up the DTMF whitelist so that only the caller's SIP extensions saved in the door phone can use the DTMF code(s) to gain door access.

      If you are not able to open the door via DTMF code, the following are the possible causes:

      1. DTMF whitelist is enabled, but the SIP extension of the caller is not in the DTMF whitelist of door phone;
      2. DTMF type of the caller is different from the door phone.
