How to import/export contact list between mutiple intercom?

Description

This guide is for import/export contact list for mutiple device with same model.

Prerequisite

model: All Akuvox Intercoms
firmware: Newest Firmware

Step by Step instruction

  1. Login to intercom's web interface, go to Phone--import/export--Import/Export Config&Contacts

  2. Export your contact .csv file

  3. you contact file is like '1'. you need to unzip it to csv file '2'.

  4. Go to your another intercom with same model same firmware, login--go to the same import/export page--select your .csv file--import

  5. Your contact list has been updated.
