# How to fix IP9744LPR Offline issue

### Description:

We have recently discovered that some firmware may experience random disconnection issues with this camera model. Therefore, we are issuing this notice to guide everyone in performing a camera firmware upgrade.

**Caution:**

If you are unable to ping the device or if the device is randomly disconnecting, it is recommended to try a hard reset or directly connect the camera to a computer to attempt the subsequent firmware upgrade.
