You can make the speed dial by pressing the speed dial button to make calls to a pre-configured number in case of emergency, for example, you can make speed dial to the emergency center or management center. This article tells you how to configure the speed dial on the different models of AiBase Smrt Building door phones.

Operation Procedure

-Touch Screen Door phone

• Set up Speed dial on VDP-AK-29RC / VDP-AK-916XS

1. Navigate to Intercom > Key/Display > Key In Homepage Of The Building Theme.
2. Enter the name for the speed dial icon (which is Reception by default) and enter the speed dial number (SIP/IP number) in the Value field.
3. Press the Reception icon and you will be able to make a speed dial to the number you set up.

• Set up Speed dial on VDP-AK-28RA

1. Navigate to Intercom > Basic > Speed Dial
2. Fill in the speed dial number, click Add to fill in more numbers.
3. Press the Dial icon on the dial pad to make the speed dial
