Operation Procedure

• RSTP Configuration on the Door Phone

1. On the web interface, navigate to Intercom > RTSP > RTSP Basic to enable the RTSP server. select authentication type, and configure the RTSP authorization and authentication.

2. Set RTSP OSD (one screen display) color and OSD text if needed. ( see below)

3. Enable the RTSP audio and video and select the audio and video type.

4. select the video resolution, framerate, and bitrate for the video quality if needed.

Now, you have completed the RTSP setting on the part of the door phone, and you are required to configure RTSP setting on the indoor monitor or the third-party device to obtain video stream from the door phone for the monitoring purpose.

• RSTP Configuration on the Indoor Monitor. RTSP configuration on the Web interface

1. On the web interface, navigate to Phone > Monitor > Door Phone.
2. Enter Door Phone IP or SIP number and ID number for the identification purpose when selecting which door phone to be monitored.
3. Enter the door phone RTSP URL, the username, and password for the authentication purpose, then enable Display in Call If you want to keep watching the door phone video image while you are on the phone call.

• RTSP configuration on the device

1. Navigate More > Setting and swipe left, then press More, and enter the default system code " 123456").
2. Press Monitor, and press +New on the right side of the screen, then set up the RTSP as you do on the web interface.

After that, you will be able to obtain RTSP video footage from the door phone.

Press on the Monitor icon, and press + please choose a device, then select the door phone to be monitored.
