In the daily use of our door phone, you might need to to adjust the backlight settings of the card reader area on the device. For example, turn off the backlight during the day when there is sufficient sunlight. Or turn off the backlight at night to reduce unnecessary power consumption because there are no visitors at night such as company’s gate. AiBase Smart Building door phone allows you to modify the card reader area backlight settings on the device's web page. This article provides a detailed instruction on how to adjust the backlight. Before Start

Make sure your device belongs to following models: VDP-AK-916XS / VDP-AK-29RC / VDP-AK-28RA.

Operation Procedure

For VDP-AK-28RA. Login the web interface Intercom→LED Setting, select Enable, input LED available time data and click Submit to effect the change.

For VDP-AK-916XS / VDP-AK-29RC, Login the web interface Intercom > LED Setting > LED Control , select Enable, input time data and click submit to effect the change.
