Log into the [Akuvox Cloud Platform](https://ucloud.akuvox.com/manager/#/login) with your installer account. Add a resident to an existing apartment. Using the Reset Button** Click the **Reset** button to clear all resident information for the apartment, including the Family Master and family members. This process does not affect the license bound to the Family Master, as the system will automatically create a virtual Family Master. You can add up to **3 free** family members for each Family Master. Additional family members will incur a charge.
