# How to Add a Dahua Camera to a Hikvision NVR

To Add a Dahua Camera to a Hikvision NVR

**NOTE:**
ONVIF must be enabled on the Dahua camera before trying to add the device to a Hikvision recorder.

1. log in to the NVR web UI and hit on the Configuration Tap --> **Camera Management**.

2. Click **Add** to manually add a camera.

3. Enter the IP Camera addess, select the Protocol as ONVIF.

4. Enter the User Name & Password of the Camera and hit  **Ok** button to save.
