# Cannot mount the pull arm track with a gap between the door

## Caution

*** This type of problem will only appear on pull installation which is using pull arm.**

## First  Solution

### 2 Inches Installation (Suggestion

## Second Solution

### Fill up the  pull arm track

* Straight fill up the gap between track and door

## Third Solution

### Change to Z pull arm

* Z pull arm has extra 1 inch thicker and will be able to support wider or deeper door frame.
* Below images are compared with regular pull arm

* Z pull arm is lower than the regular pull arm.
* Z pull arm can go under the door frame.
