# Hard to open the door

## Scenario 1: The door is hard to open and the lock tongue jammed with the strike :

### SOLUTION: Preload

- This will lead the door open a small gap and stop or clamp by the door strike.
- Increase the preload time.

## Scenario 2: The door is hard to open because of the air pressure:

### SOLUTION: Quick Open - 2 kick out ramp

- The door is continuously pulled to close by air pressure.
- This will lead the door hard to open.
- Change the parameter from 1 stander to 2 kick out ramp
